Refund policy

Courses booked for hybrid Learning: 

If you have purchased a course with us which requires in person assessment, but have not been sent the manuals and wish to cancel your course we may be able to process this if within 24 hours of the purchase.

However we do not accept refund requests on training courses once learning material has been sent out. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like learning materials  such as online courses , pdf manuals. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
